SCOTS SMALL PIPES
These pipes are made in the keys of D, C#, B#, A. As with the Uilleann Pipes, the Scots Smalls can be made from a variety of exotic timbers:- Ebony, Blackwood, Boxwood, Coco Bola, Rosewood etc. The pipes can be made with a combination of either, two Tenor drones and a Bass, or one Tenor, one Baritone and one Bass.
