Materials

The woods used include: African Blackwood (Grenadille), Ebony, Boxwood, Rosewood, Lignum Vitae, Cocobolo and others.

The keys and ferules are made in brass. All keys are forged. Nickel or silver plated brass, or solid silver, are available on special order.

The mounts are made from artificial ivory.

Optional extras such as stop key, left-handed sets, etc. are also available.
